Refund Policy

At Petite Posh Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Unfortunately, sale items and accessories such as jewelry and handbags are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us at your expense unless the product was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Exchanges for different sizes or colors are available, depending on stock availability. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
